June 2007: Cruise Control is now a standard feature on all new DG-700 gauges. Cruise control lets you control a Blower Door fan to maintain a constant 50 Pa, 25 Pa or 0 Pa building pressure, without having the gauge connected to a computer.

TECLOG Data Logging Software is now available from our website. TECLOG Version 1.2 fixes a couple of small bugs found in Version 1.1.

October 2004: The latest version of our
TECLOG Data Logging Software is now available from our website. TECLOG Version 1.1 is compatible with our new DG-500 gauge, and can simultaneously monitor and record pressure readings from two data acquisition devices (the second device must be a DG-700 or DG-500 gauge).
September 2004: DG-500 Digital Pressure Gauge is introduced. Beginning September 2004, the DG-2 gauge will be discontinued and replaced by the DG-500.
February 2004: Winter 2004 Newsletter is added to the website.
February 2004: A 30 day demonstration version of the new
TECTITE 3.1 Software can now be downloaded from our website. TECTITE 3.1 incorporates the new ASHRAE 62.2-2003 residential ventilation standard. Standard 62.2 includes a requirement for whole building mechanical ventilation which is based on estimated occupancy and the building floor area. TECTITE 3.1 can be purchased for $175, or you can upgrade at no charge if you have already purchased an earlier version of the TECTITE program.
January 2004: Our
TECLOG Data Logging Software has been upgraded for Windows computers and is now available at no charge from our website. TECLOG can record data from either a DG-700 pressure gauge or an APT system and allow you to easily monitor and document changes in building pressures over time. TECLOG includes a large graphical data display and a new statistics utility provides basic statistical summaries for the entire file, or for a user selected portion of the data.

January 2003: Our ZPD Calculation Utility software is offered at no charge from our website. This program can be used with a Blower Door to quickly perform zone pressure diagnostics (ZPD) calculations and estimate the amount of air leakage from attached zones in a house.
September 2002: To help our customers make an effective sales presentation on HVAC comfort problems and solutions, TEC offers a free contractor presentation booklet from their website. The booklet covers the 5 most common problems keeping HVAC systems from delivering comfort using colorful illustrations and photos.
